This machine aids our doctors in diagnosing many diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachments and fluid build up from a variety of diseases like diabetes and wet macular degeneration. So, by using this machine, our doctors can diagnose some conditions before they are even visible to even the most advanced specialist.

The advanced camera on the Optovue iVUE machine allows our doctors to gain a better understanding of the entirety of your eye health. 

Some features of the iVue:
It can help detect issues in the optic nerve by providing detailed images and maps.
It can measure the thickness and other details about the cornea which can be helpful in pre-surgical planning or post-op assessment.
It can create a 3D model which allows our doctors to view the eye in layers.
